Hammerstein Ballroom tickets & upcoming events

Hammerstein Ballroom is one of those legendary NYC venues that just oozes history and good vibes. It’s been a hub for cultural gatherings for over a century, hosting everything from iconic concerts to big dance parties. I mean, remember when The Strokes played their first live gig there in the early 2000s? That show totally helped kickstart the indie rock revival. The place is just packed with stories, whether it’s the roaring crowds during a packed music festival or an intimate jazz night in the orchestra section, which by the way, offers the best sound quality because of its prime layout. And if you’re into VIP experiences, the box seats are perfect for impressing clients or just feeling fancy. Getting there’s pretty straightforward too, if you're coming from One World Observatory, just hop on the E line to 34th Street or find parking garages along West 34th. Honestly, whether you’re here for a wild concert, a dance marathon, or just to soak in New York’s vibrant arts scene, Hammerstein Ballroom is a place that makes every event memorable, and yeah, it’s got a little something for everyone.
